Rehan Shaikh is the Chief Executive Officer, Standard Chartered Pakistan and has held this post since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer, Standard Chartered Saadiq - the Global Islamic Banking business of Standard Chartered Bank.
Prior to this, Rehan was associated with Dubai Islamic Bank, UAE, and American Express Bank, Pakistan for 12 years before joining Standard Chartered Pakistan where he led the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, and successfully managed the integration of SC and ANZ Grindlays.
He is a Council member of the Institute of Bankers Pakistan and is part of the External Advisory Board for Aga Khan University Research. Rehan served as the President of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) which is the largest and oldest chamber operating in Pakistan.
