In his keynote speech, Ahmed Bozai, Chairperson of OICCIโ€™s Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee, said, โ€œInclusive environments are more than just a moral responsibilityโ€”they are a business necessity. People with disabilities bring immense talent, and itโ€™s time we create pathways for them to fully contribute and thrive.โ€

The event also featured a panel discussion on corporate inclusion, with insights from leaders including Ali Tareen (Founder, Khaas Foodz), Fizza Hussain (Co-Founder, KFK), Saadia Fahad (GM DEI, K-Electric), and Fatima Arshad (Head of Communications and Sustainability, Unilever Pakistan). Together, they highlighted the essential role of businesses in creating accessible, supportive workplaces for persons with disabilities.
